Our Delivery Partners
We collaborate with a network of trusted couriers, including FedEx, Toll, Allied Express, Sendle, TNT Express, and Australia Post, to bring your orders to you reliably and on time.

Where We Ship From
Our main dispatch center is located in Sydney, where we handle and process orders Monday through Friday. Occasionally, out-of-stock items may be shipped from an overseas facility, which may add 3–5 extra days to your delivery time.

Processing and Handling
Once payment is confirmed, we ensure your order is processed and dispatched within one business day for all in-stock items.

Delivery Timeframes
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

  • NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD: 1–4 business days from dispatch.
  • WA, SA, TAS, NT: 4–9 business days from dispatch.
  • Rural Areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days.
